A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF .TANFORAN PARK
UNIT N2 AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE~ENT FOR
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that~
1. The Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tanforan Park Unit No. 2
South San Francisco, California" is hereby approved and the dedications of
easements thereby made are hereby accepted by the City of South San Francisco.
2. The execution of the Agreement between the City of South San
Francisco and Developers~ American Savings and Loan Association of Calif-
ornia, a California corporation~ Carlos Tavares~ Title Insurance and Trust
Company, a California corporation is hereby authorized~ and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of City~ and City Clerk
attests his signature thereto.
3. The City Clerk is authorized to record said Agreement in the
Official Records of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of November, 1966, by the following
vote~
