.CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS' REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the following reports and recommendations
of the Director of Public Works with respect to the South
San Francisco Scavengers tide lot fill permit are hereby
approved and the same are to constitute addenda to said
permit:
Report contained in inter-office memorandum dated
October 28, 1966, from the Director of Public Works
to the City Council, subject "Modification to South
San Francisco Scavenger Company Grading Permit."
Report contained in inter-office memorandum dated
October 7, 1966, from Director of Public Works to the
City Council, subject "Proposed Mud Dike for Retaining
Future Fill on Tide Lots 17, 22, 23 and 24, Owned by
the South San Francisco Scavengers Company."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of November
by the following vote:
