CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT FROM SOUTHERN
PACIFIC COMPANY - SPRUCE AVENUE WIDENING
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. The Grant executed by Southern Pacific Company,
a corporation of the State of Delaware, to the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, of Parcels
1 and 2 therein described, is hereby accepted.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk of said City are here-
by authorized to execute said indenture on behalf of the
City.
.. 3. The City Clerk is authorized to record said in-
denture together with a copy of this Resolution in the Of-
ficial Records of the Recorder of San Marco County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
