CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
EXCAVATION PERMIT TO SUBURBAN REALTY COM-
PANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
OF CERTAIN STORM SEWER LINES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. A Permit to excavate in City streets and con-
struct storm drains and drainage facilities is hereby
issued to Suburban Realty Company .
2. The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is
authorized to execute the Agreement, attached as Exhibit
"B" to said Permit, on behalf of City, and City Clerk is
authorized to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 215t day of November , 19~,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem. Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
