CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT APPRAISALS
BE MADE OF THE MAGNOLIA SCHOOL PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. A request is hereby respectfully made to the
Board of Trustees of the South San Francisco Unified
School District to have the necessary appraisals made of
Parcels II and III shown on the plat attached as Exhibit
"A" entitled "Ingress and Egress Study Civic Cultural Art
Center (Magnolia School)", and to take any and all other
actions or cause same to be done which are required by
law or rules and regulations of agencies with jurisdiction
in the matter, so that a basis for determining market
value of said parcels may be established preparatory to
negotiations for acquisition by the City of South San
Francisco of the remaining interest in Parcel II and fee
in Parcel III or lease of same.
2. The Council offers to pay the cost of one ap-
praisal, not to exceed' Five Hundred and No Cents Dollars ($ 500 ),
provided the Board of Trustees pays the cost of the other
app~aisall
3. The City Manager is authorized to represent the
City of South San Francisco and the City Council in any
negotiations necessary to accomplish the appraisals and
upon establishing the basis for determining market value
to conduct any and all preliminary negotiations necessary
to develop for presentation to the Council the terms and
conditions upon which the proposed acquisition or lease
may be effected.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 5%h day of December
19 66, by the following vote:
