CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A PERMIT TO EXCAVATE
IN CITY STREETS AND CONSTRUCT STORM DRAINS
AND DRAINAGE FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. A Permit to excavate in City streets and con-
struct storm drains and drainage facilities is hereby
issued to Suburban Realty Company .
2. The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is
authorized to execute the Agreement, attached as Exhibit
"B" to said Permit, execution of which is a condition of
said Permit, on behalf of the City and City Clerk is
authorized to attest his signature thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 5th day of December
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido 3. Rozzi
