CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
MENT ENTITLED "COLMA CREEK RELOCATION AGREEMENT"
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the Agreement
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal cor-
poration, and R. H. Macy & Co., Inc., a New York corporation,
doing business in California through a division thereof known
as Macy's California, wherein provision is made for the re-
location of a drainage channel referred to as Colma Creek,
and other matters relating thereto, contained therein, is
hereby authorized.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Vice Mayor
of the City are authorized to execute said Agreement on be-
half of the City, and City Clerk attests their signatures
thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a adjourned
meeting held on the 12th day of December , 1966
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Cortesi and Andrew Rocca
