CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND
DELIVERY OF A QUITCLAIM DEED TO R. H. MACY
& CO., INC., A NEW YORK CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
!. The Mayor and Vice Mayor of the City of South
San Francisco are authorized to execute the Quitclaim
Deed whereby the City of South Sam Francisco quitclaims
to R. H. Macy & Co., Inc., a New York corporation, all of
its right, title and interest in and to the real property
therein described as Parcels I and II, excepting therefrom
the exceptions therein made.
2. The Quitclaim Deed shall be delivered to Trams-
america Title Insurance Company for delivery to Macy's in
accordance with Paragraph 6 of an Agreement entitled "Colma
Creek Relocation Agreement", executed by the City of South
San Francisco and R. H. Ma'cy & Co., Inc., a New York cor-
poration, doing business in California through a division
thereof known as Macy's California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a adjourned regular
meeting held on the 12th day of December , 19 66,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Pa%rtck £. Ahem,
Emilio Cortest and Andrew Rocca
NOES, " None
