CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT ENTITLED "SEWER EASEMENT AND
AGREEMENT" BETWEEN R. H. MACY & CO., INC.,
A NEW YORK CORPORATION DOING BUSINESS IN
CALIFORNIA THROUGH A DIVISION THEREOF KNOWN
AS MACY'S CALIFORNIA AND THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that Agreement
entitled "Sewer Easement and Agreement" between R. H.
Macy & Co., Inc., a New York corporation, doing business
in California through a division thereof known as Macy's
California, and the City of South San Francisco, a muni-
cipal corporation, wherein provision is made for the re-
location of a sanitary sewer easement on the terms and con-
ditions therein provided is hereby authorized, and the Mayor
and Vice Mayor are authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City,'and City Clerk attests their signatures
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a adjourned reaular
meeting held on the 12th day of December , 19 66,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucellt, Andrew Rocca, Emilio
Goriest and Patrick E. Ahern
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " Guido J. Rozzt
