A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A QUITCLAIM DEED TO R. H. MACY & CO., INC.,
A NEW YORK CORPORATION

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. The Mayor and Vice Mayor of the City of South San
Francisco are authorized to execute a Quitclaim Deed, where-
by the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
quitclaims to R. H. Macy & Co., Inc., a New York corporation,
all of its right, title and interest in and to the parcels
therein described.
2. The City shall deposit said Quitclaim Deed with
Transamerica Title Insurance Company for delivery to R. H.
Macy & Co., Inc. in accordance with the terms of Paragraph
7 of the Agreement entitled "Sewer Easement and Agreement"
previously executed by the City of South San Francisco and
R. H. Macy & Co., Inc.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San FrancisCo at a adjourned regular
meeting he~d on the 12th day of December , 1966
