A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Sodth
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 45?2 of this
Council ordering same, adopted on November 21, 1966, notice
has been duly given of the intention of this Council to
change and modify the proceedings under Resolution of Inten-
tion No. ~271 adopted on August 16, 1965, as amended; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed
written protests against said proceedings or any part there-
of and all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things pertain-'
ing to said changes and modifications were fully heard and~
considered by this Council;.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are hereby,
overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings
under said Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as
more particularly described and set forth in said Resolution
No. 45?2, adoPted November 21, 1966; provided, that the
total assessment is hereby increased to $881,252.00.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting beldbthis 19th day of December, 1966, by the follow-
ing vote:
