A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIN~ TRANSFER OF FUNDS
STONF~}ATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that an amount equal to one-
quarter of one per cent (1/4 of 1%) of the total amount
of the assessment levied in proceedings being conducted
by this Council pursuant, to Resolution of Intention
No. 4271, adopted August 16, 1965, .as amended, as respects
Diagram and Assessment No. A of'said assessment, be
transferred from the Construction Fund created from the
proceeds of sale of bonds 'to the General Fund of the City,
all as set forth in the revised Eng.ineer's Report for
said project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 19th day of December, lg66,
by the following votes
