A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.3486
ENTITLED "A,RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
ADOPTING PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS"
SECTION 7.06
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that Section 7.06 as set forth in
Resolution No.3486, passed on Junr 4, 1962, as amended,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
7.06. Notification of Examination Results and Review
of Papers:
a) Each candidate in an examination shall be
given written notice of the results thereof and, if
successful, of his final earned score and rank on
the employment list.
b) Each candidate in an open competitive examin-
ation shall be allowed to review his own written exam-
ination, when permitted by the agency supplying the
testing materials, for ten (10) days immediately follow-
ing the examination. The certification of eligibles
shall be made immediately after the list has been com-
piled and certified by the Chairman of the Personnel
Board.
c) In promotional examinations, the candidate
shall be allowed a review period for five (5) normal
working days immediately following the examination.
The candidate shall also be allowed ten.(10) days
after notification of final grade to review his own
examination paper. No certification of eligibles shall
be made until after this period.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a _ regular
meeting held on the 19th day of December , 19 66
