A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERI~ OF THE BERTH
LEASE AGREEHENT - OYSTER POINT HARINA
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that that certain Lease Agreement
entitled "BERTH LEASE AGREEMENT - CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
GISCO OYSTER POINT MARINA" is hereby approved.
