CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
FREEWAY AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF HIGH-
WAYS~ FOR STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 35 (OLD ROUTE 55)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
Agreement entitled "Freeway Agreement" between the City
of South San Francisco and the State of California, act-
ing by and through the Department of Public Works, Divi-
sion of Highways, wherein provision is made for consent
to the closing of certain City streets; relocation'of
other City streets; maintenance and control of the reloc-
ated, reconstructed or otherwise altered City streets and
frontage roads and other matters therein contained, is
hereby authorized, and the Mayor, City Manager and City
Clerk are authorized to execute said Agreemen.t on behalf
of City.
