CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION
OF IMPROVEMENTS IN SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT ~2-C ZONE 3
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
Twenty-nine Thousand, Three
1. The sum of Hundred and Fortv-tw0 Dollars
and Forty-one Cents
($29,342.41) be disbursed to Utah Construction and Min-
ing Company for acquisition of improvements in South San
Francisco Industrial Park Unit t~2-C Zone 3, which are set
forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
2. The sum provided for in Paragraph 1. hereof be
disbursed to Utah Construction and Mining Company upon com-
pletion of the following:
(a) The filing of a verification by the auditor
of Utah Construction and Mining Company, as required
by the Director of Public Works.
(b) The payment to the City of South San Fran-
One Thousand, Seven Hundred
CiSCO'S General Fund of the sum of and Fifty-seven
' and Seventy-eight Cents
Dollars ($ 1.757.78 ) from the Utah Construction
and Mining Company Construction Fund.
(c) The payment by Utah Construction and Mining
Five Thousand, Eight
Company to the City of the sum of Hundred and Thirty-two
and No Cents
Dollars ($ 5,832.00 ) for fire alarm boxes and
fire hydrants.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Coun-
cil of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 19th day of December ,
by the following vote:
