CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS IN
CONMUR STREET AND DIANNE COURT - ALTA VISTA
NO.3, UPON COMPLETION OF CERTAIN ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that upon the completion of the items
set forth hereinafter, the improvements of Conmur Street
and Dianne Court in Alta Vista No.3 shall stand accepted:
1. The construction and installation of a retaining
wall approximately three feet in height and thirty feet in
length, the same to be constructed on the western end of
the Dianne Court cul-de-sac, said construction and instal-
lation to be in accordance with the specifications of the
Director of Public Works.
2. The placement of drain rock behind the retaining
wall which has been completed along the easterly property
line of the Kasprzyk property.
3. The determination that the sewer line is free of
obstructions, established by tests set forth in the Di-
rector of Public Works' Inter-Office Memorandum dated 12/19/66
to the City Council entitled "Final Acceptance of Improve-
ments Conmur Street and Dianne Court".
4. The filing of a certificate with the City Clerk
by the Director of Public Works certifying to the satis-
factory completion of Items 1., 2. and 3., upon which the
City Clerk shall endorse the date and time of receipt, which
shall be the time said acceptance becomes effective.

I~ hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 19th day of December , 19 66 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bert-ucellt, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
