CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF ALLERTON AVENUE - CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT #1 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that this Council does hereby find, order and determine that: 1. The City Council on the 5th day of December , 19 66 , adopted its Resolution No. k577 entitled "A RESO- LUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE THAT PORTION OF ALLERTON AVENUE LYING OUTSIDE THE STREET AND HIGHWAY EASEMENT DEDI- CATED BY FINAL MAP IN CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT #1". 2. Said Resolution recites that the proceedings were undertaken pursuant to the Street Vacation Act of 1941. 3. Said Resolution of Intention was duly published as required by law and Notices of Hearing were duly posted in the time, manner and form provided by law, all as appears from the Affidavit of Publication and the Affidavit of Post- ing on file in the office of the City Clerk of said 6~y. 4. Monday, the 3rd day of January , 1967 , at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Grand and Maple Avenues, South San Francisco, California, was fixed in-said Resolution of Intention as the time and place when and where any and all persons in- terested in, or having any objection to, said proposed va- cation could appear before said Council and be heard. 5. No objections of any kind or character have been, or were made or filed against said vacation. 6. The public interest, convenience and necessity require the vacation and abandonment of that portion of a street and highway easement known as Allerton Avenue, which portion lies outside the boundaries of Allerton Avenue as dedicated by the Final Map entitled "Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit #1" recorded in the Official Records of San Marco County in Volume 61 pages 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49 on February 26, 1965, in File #21282Y. 7. The public interest, convenience and necessity require the reservation of easements and right of way here- inafter set forth and the vacation proceedings are taken sub- ject to such reservations and exceptions. The City intends to and does reserve and except from the vacation the follow- ing: Those easements designated as P.U.E. (Public Utility Easements) used for public utility and public service pur- poses as shown on the Final Map entitled "Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit #1" recorded in the Official Re- cords of San Marco County in Volume 61 pages 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49 on February 26, 1965, in File #21282Y. 8. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution and order, attested under the seal of said City, same to be recorded in the office of the Coun- ty Recorder of the County of San Marco. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin§ held on the 3rd day of Janu&ry by the £ollowin§ vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E.
