CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS IN TANFORAN PARK UNIT #2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The public improvements installed in Tanforan
Park Unit #2 and set forth in Exhibit "A" attached here-
to shall stand accepted upon the recording in the Offi-
cial Records of the County of San Mateo of the Final Map
entitled "Tanfor~n Park Unit No. 2"
dedicating the easements over, in and through the parcel
so subdivided, which easements shall be free and clear from
all liens.
2. The public improvements set forth in Exhibit "B"
attached hereto are to be completed by Developers pursuant
to an Agreement between City and Developer dated the 7th
day of November , 19 66 .
3. The City Clerk is authorized to issue a certified
copy of this Resolution to the Title Company administering
the escrow.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of January
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN patrick E. Ahem, Andrew Rocca, and
Guido J. Rozzi.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " Frank J. Bert~celli and Emilio Cortesi.

Those improvements installed by Arthur Haskins, Inc.,
on Huntington Avenue amd Noor Avenue in Tanforan Park
Unit No. 2 Subdivision as shown constructed and
itemized on "Engineer's Report Subdivision Improvement
Cost, Tanforan Park Unit No. 2" dated September 21,
1966e
These improvements are included in the "Specifications
for Subdivision Improvements in Tanforan Park Unit
No.2" e__-d are shown on Drawing No. &4~-O132-20-D1,
"Subdivision Improvements" in 12 sheets.
EXHIBIT "B"
Exhibit "B" to Resolution 1.6Og accepting certain public
improvements in Tanforan Park Unit No. 2, adopted by City Council
January3, 1967.
Those improvements remaining to be installed by the
subdivider in Tanforan Park Unit No. 2 as shown to
be constructed and itemized on "Engineer's Estimate
Subdivision Improvement Cost, Tanforan Park Unit
No. 2" dated September 21, 1966 as revised
November 8, 1966.
These improvements are included in the "Specifications
for Subdivision Improvements in Tanforan Park Unit
No. 2" and are shown on Drawing No. &45-O132-20-D1,
"Subdivision Improvements" in 12 sheets.
