A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
ACQUISITION OF A RIGHT OF SERVICE FOR
WATER SERVICE
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 1-A
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the acquisition of water
services in the Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park,
Unit No. l-A, having been previously authorized, IT IS
ORDERED, that:
1. City, on behalf of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes
Industrial Park, Unit No. l-A, acquire from Cabot,
Cabot & Forbes California Properties, Inc., a right of
service to said industrial tract;
2. A warrant be drawn on the construction fund
for said project in the sum of $5,073.58, payable to
Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Properties, Inc., for
the acquisition of said right of service by the City;
and
3. That said warrant be delivered to Cabot,
Cabot & Forbes California Properties, Inc. upon their
presenting to the City proof satisfactory to the Project
Attorney that provision has been made for the installa-
tion of facilities for rendering said water service.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 16th day of Sanuary, 1967 by the following
vote=

Cortesi and Guido J. Rozzi
