CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DESTRUCTION OF
MUNICIPAL ELECTION ROSTERS, SUPPLIES AND
RELATED MATERIALS FOR 1966
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has in his office election
rosters, supplies and related materials from a municipal
election of April 12, 1966 , and,
WHEREAS, destruction of said materials is authorized
by the laws of the State of California within six (6)
months after said election, if there is no contest pending,
and,
WHEREAS, more than six (6) months have passed and no
contest is pending and the City Council consents to and
approves the destruction of said returns.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco does hereby approve and
consent to the destruction of municipal election rosters,
supplies and related materials from the municipal election
held on the 12th day of April , 19 66 .
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of January
by the following vote:
