A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON
SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
CABOT~ CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO.
FIRST SALE -- $700,000
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the First Sale of $700,000
of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 4613 , adopted by this Council on the
16th day of January, 1967. The Notice of Sale, in form
to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be
given by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to
the various banks and bond houses interested in the purchase
of such bonds, at least ten days before the date of sale
of said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the
law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo,
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the
proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the C~ty Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 6th day of February, 1967, by the following
vote:
