CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A GRADING PERMIT TO CAESAR CALLAN HOMES,
INC. AND OTHERS - WESTBOROUGH SHOPPING
CENTER, PARK SITE AND FIRE STATION SITE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that a Grading Permit be issued in
the phases as hereinafter set forth to Caesar Callan
Homes, Inc. and others as hereinafter designated:
1. The first phase of the Grading Permit entitled
Grading Permit to Caesar Callan Homes~ Inc. and Guy F.
Atkinson Co. be issued on the terms and conditions set
forth in said Permit.
2. The second phase of the Grading Permit entitled
Grading Permit to Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., Guy F. Atkinson
Co..and Ted Connolly be issued on the terms and conditions
set forth in said Permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
