CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTMORIZING EXECUTION OF A
LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO AND STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS -
STOCK PILING OF SILT FROM COLMA CREEK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
Lease dated January 12, 1967 between the City of South
San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the State
of California, Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, providin§ for the use of a parcel therein de-
scribed as a site for stock pilinE of silt removed from
Colma Creek, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is author-
ized to execute said Lease 'on behalf of the City, and
City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 6th day of
19 67 , by the following vote:
