A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE
OF SURPLUS FUNDS
PONDEROSA ROAD IMPROVE,~ENT PR03ECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The amount of the surplus remainin§ in the im-
provement fund of the Improvement District described in
the title of this Resolution is detei-mined to be
Four Hundred and Fifty-four Doll~r~ and Dollars ($ 454.93 ).
Ninety-three Cents
2. The transfer of said surplus to the §eneral fund
is hereby authorized.
