A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENT TO PETITION
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the original petitioners for the formation
of the assessment district in proceedings being conducted
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. ~236, adOpted by
the City Council of this City on June 28, 1965, have
signed and filed with the City Clerk a Supplement to
said petition, which Supplement has been approved by
Bethlehem Steel Corporation, and is in form hereto attached
and incorporated herein by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that said Supplement
to Petition is hereby approved and confirmed, and the
Supplement is ordered filed in the office of the City
Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 6th day of ~tarch, 1967, by the following
vote:
