MAINTENANCE FOR ~S~ PA~ CO~N
G~ENS
RESOLVED, b~ the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WItEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 21st day of ~F.hr,,a~¥ , 19 67
for tile work to be done and the improvem_.t to ~e made ms
described and specified: "WEST PAR~ COMMON GREENS MAINTEN-
ANCE SPECIFICATIONS"
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Counc.%l doe~ hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bid~ except that hereinafter mentio~e,~, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work a,,d imprnv~m,~nts and
furmishi~g the m~teriale, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at tbs unit pri-
ces na,.~d i,, their bid to wit:
M~n~dale Bros.
2. That the Mayor of ~atd City is hereby authorized to
~Ake and enter into a written contract wi~h said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Franci~co at a regular
