CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, DIVISION
OF FORESTRY, FOR MUTUAL FIRE PROTECTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
Agreement between the City of South San Francisco and
the State of California, Department of Natural Resources,
Division of Forestry, wherein provision is made for the
mutual aid to suppress fires, is hereby authorized, and
the Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement on be-
half of the City, and City Clerk attests his sigmature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of March , 19 67
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, None
ABSENT, None
