CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DE-
PARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF HIGH-
WAYS, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF OVERPASS AT
JUNIPERO SERRA BOULEVARD AND CLAY AVENUE
(STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE ~280)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of an Agreement
between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal cor-
poration, and the State of California Department of Pub-
lic Works, Division of Highways, wherein provision is
made for the construction of a pedestrian overpass at
the intersection of Junipero Serra Boulevard and Clay
Avenue in South San Francisco, is hereby authorized, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City.
