CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION SETTING TIME FOR FRANCHISE AWARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
the City of South San Francisco that the matter of the
CATV franchise award shall be set for the regular Council
meeting of April 3, 1967, at 8:00 o'clock p.m., at which
time the City Council will consider the respective CATV
applications and the responses by the applicants to Reso-
lution No.4618.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that the Council shall consider
on April 3, 1967, at said regular Council meeting, a
Resolution of Intention to award the CATV franchise to an
applicant deemed qualified to meet the te~-ms of the CATV
Ordinance No. 547.
