CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS
AND AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO
APPLY FOR APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURE OF GAS TAX FUNDS
ON CLAY AVENUE OVERPASS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 2107 OF THE HIGHWAY CODE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Director of Public Works be and he
is hereby authorized to apply for approval of the expenditure
of gas tax funds on the Clay Avenue Overpass under the pro-
visions of Section 2107 of the Highway Code in the sum of
$39,000.00.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reQular
meeting held on the 20th day of March
