A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COST
AND DIRECTING PAYMENT~
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work in proceedings being
conducted by this Council pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 4236, adopted by the City Council of this
City on June 28, 1965, as subsequently amended, has
prepared and filed with the City Clerk, a Certificate
as to the cost of constructing the improvements being
acquired by the City of South San Francisco in said pro-
ceedings; and
WHEREAS,.said Certificate has been validated by
the City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that t'he amounts
set forth in said Certificate are hereby approved for
payment out of the Construction Fund for said project
without further action by this Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of April, 1967, by the following
vote:
