CITY COIINCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SANFRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TOAWARDA
CATV FRANCHISE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the City Council declares its intention to award a CATV
franchise to the Western TV Cable on terms and conditions heretofore
set forth in related Ordinances and Resolutions, upon compliance with
said provisions by said proposed franchise guarantee.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of April,
1967, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNC~ Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi,
Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " None.
