A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELINQUISBMENT
OF A REVOCABLE PEBMIT -- PORTION OF THE SAN
FRANCISCO WATER COMPANY EASEMENT ~
BRADFOED DRIVE AND CYPI~SS LAWN C~'I'ERY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that upon the establishment of lack of public need for same,
a revocable permit for portion of the San Francisco Water Company ease-
ment between Bradford Drive and Cypress Lawn cemetery be cancelled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 3r4 day of April,
1967, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi~
Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " None.
