CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ABANDON CERTAIN
EASEMENTS CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL
PARK UNIT NO. 1.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that
1. The Council declares its intention to vacate and abandon
certain anchor easements and on the determination herein-
after set forth orders the vacation and abandonment of
said easements hereinafter described.
2. The Council finds and determines that certain anchor
easements were dedicated over Lots 1 and 8 Block 2 as
said Lots and Blocks are shown on that certain map entitled
"Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit No. 1 South
San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," filed for
record in Book 61 of Maps at Pages 45 through 49, San Mateo
County Records; and that said easements have not been used
for the purposes for which they were dedicated or acquired,
nor ever used after said dedication, and further are not
presently being used and are not necessary for future
public use.
3. The Council, therefore, orders that the following easements
be vacated and abandoned:
"Ail those anchor easements shown in Lots 1 and 8
Block 2, as said Lots and Block are shown on that
certain map entitled "Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes
Industrial Park Unit No. 1, South San Francisco,
San Mateo County, California" filed for record in
Book 61 of Maps at Pages 45 through 49, San Mateo
County Records.
4. The Council orders that this Resolution vacating and aban-
doning said easements be recorded in the official records
of San Mateo County.
