CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDI-
TURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE
HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by
the City of South San Francisco, hereinafter referred to
as "City", and the State Department of Public Works, here-
inafter referred to as "Department", on March~8' 1961, for
expenditure of State-allocated funds, and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on April 6, 1967 showing
the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to
be made during the 1966-67 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on
April 25, 1967 has been presented to the City Council in
accordance with the project statement submitted by the
City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the
contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that the budget be and
is hereby adopted as the Budget of Expenditures recommended
to be made from such funds during the 1966-67 fiscal year.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
