A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
GRAND-LOCUST STORM DRAINAGE CORRECTION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of tile City of South
San Francisco, that
WI~REAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the ~0~ day of M~y , 19 67
for the w~)rk to be done and the improveme.l: tn be ~de as
described and specified:
Grand-Locust Storm Drainage Correction
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS OP~ERgD as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posalm or bids excepg that h-.retnafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work a.d improvements and
furni~hi~g the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest ~eaponsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named i. their bid to wit:
F. D. Sperry Company
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a ~r~itten contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
atte~t his si§nature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
