CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOLrI'H SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
IMPROVEMENTS TO PARKS CORPORATION YARD
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bide were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 'lSth day of May , 19nV
for the work to be done and the- tmproveme.t to be made as
described and specified:
"Improvements to Parks Corporation Yard"
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posal~ or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work a.d improvements and
furnishin~ the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named i. their bid to wit:
Nibbi Brothers Inc.
2. That the Mayor et said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a w~tten contract with said successful
btdde~, and the City Clerk of said City ts hereby directed to
attest his signature and a/fix thereto the corporate seal of
the City,
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a red,Jar
