CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE UNDERTAKING
OF A FLOOD CONTROL PROJECT FOR TWELVE
MILE CREEK BY THE SAN MATEO COUNTY FLOOD
CONTROL DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. Request is hereby respectfully made to the Board
of Supervisors of San Marco County as ex officio Board of
Directors of the San Mateo County Flood Control District
to undertake a Flood Control project for the Twelve-Mile
Creek area under the provisions of the San Marco County
Flood Control District Act (Act 7261 as amended, Uncodi-
lied Acts, Water Code of the State of California).
2. The City Clerk shall forward a copy of the Reso-
lution to the Board of Supervisors of San Mateo County.
