CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A QUITCLAIM DEED TO THE STATE OF CALIF-
ORNIA - EL CAMINO REAL WIDENING
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the eXecution of the Quitclaim
Deed to the State of California, dated the 5th day of June,
1967,~ quitclaiming certain parcels titled "Reserved For
Future Highway", which are shown on the Final Maps of Brent-
wood Subdivision No.1 and No.2, recorded, respectively, in
the Official Records of San Mateo County on July 20, 1945 in
Book 24 of Official Maps at pages 55 and 56, and May 9, 1946
in Book 25 of Official Maps at pa§es 50 and 51, is hereby
authorized, and the Mayor and Vice Mayor are authorized to
execute said Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the City.
