A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1967 TRAEFIC SIGNAL PROJECT AT LINDEN
AVENUE AND HILLSIDE ROUT. V. VARD
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WIiF. REAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published no,ice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 17th day of ~a¥ , 19 67..
for the work to be done and the tmproveme,t to be made as
described and specified:
"1967 Traffic Signal Project at Linden
Avenue and Hillside Boulevard"
NOW, THEREFORE, IT I$ OPJ)ERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work a,d improvements and
furni~hi~ the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named i, their bid to wit:
Steiny and Mitchel, Inc.
2. Timt the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract wi~h said successful
bidder, a~,| the City Clerk of said ~ity is l~ereby directed to
attest l, ts ~i§nature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
