CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT - ALTA VISTA UNIT #2 SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of an Agreement
as of the 5th day of June, 1967, between the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, Richard
A. Pahl, an individual, and John Finetti, an individual,
providing for the construction and installation of public
improvements in Alta Vista Unit #2 as set forth in the
Final Map entitled "Alta Vista ~2, South San Francisco",
dated August 1965 and recorded in Volume 63 of Maps page
38 in the Official Records of San Marco County, is hereby
authorized, and the Mayor and Vice Mayor are authorized
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City, and City
Clerk attests his signature thereto.
