CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE COUNCIL'S INTENTION
TO EXECUTE A FREEWAY AGREEMENT (ROUTE 35) AND
SETTING A HEARING THEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Council does hereby declare its intention to execute
a Freeway Agreement for Route 35, a copy of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk, upon the conclusion of
hearings thereon by the South San Francisco Planning Commis-
sion and the City Council.
2. Request is hereby made to the South San Francisco
Planning Commission to set a hearing regarding the route
set forth in said proposed Agreement, giving published
notice thereof ten days prior to said hearing and upon com-
pletion of said hearing to file a report and recommendation
with the City Council.
3. Upon receipt of the report and recommendation from
the Planning Commission, the City Clerk is authorized to set
a hearing, giving published notice thereof ten days prior to
the date of said hearing.
