CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SECURITY AGREEMENT
WITH CAESAR CALLAN HOMES, INC., DBA WESTBOROUGH HOMES AND
OWNERS AS INDIVIDUALS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the execution of the Agreement entitled:
"SECURING PERFORMANCE OF AGREEMENT OF OCTOBER 24,
1963 RE: PARK-RECREATION, FIRE STATION AND
PUBLIC LIBRARY SITES IN WESTBOROUGH"
is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of June, 1967 hy the following
vote:
