CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A Gk~NT OF RIGHT-
OF-WAY FOR GALWAY PLACE - WESTBOROUGH
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that the Grant Deed executed by
Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., the day of
, 19 , whereby the parcel therein described
was conveyed to the City of South San Francisco for streets
and highway purposes, is hereby accepted and the City
Clerk is authorized to record said Grant together with
a copy of this Resolution in the official records of
the County of San Marco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 5th day of June
by the following vote:
