CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A GRADING PERMIT TO
CAESAR CAI,LAN HOMES, INC., DBA WESTBOROUGH HOMES, AND
GUY F. ATKINSON COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. A grading permit shall stand issued to Caesar
Callan Homes, Inc., and Guy F. Atkinson Company, upon the
filing with the City Clerk, on or before the 20th day
of June , 19 67., a confirmation that the San Francisco
International Airport fill contract has been awarded to Guy F.
Atkinson Company and/or the trucking companies presently under
contract to said Guy F. Atkinson Company to haul fill from the
areas in Westborough licensed to Guy F. Atkinson Company for
said operation.
2. Said permit shall provide for the scheduling of
the removal of fill material from the Westborough area in
accordance with the plans entitled:
a. Available Export Plan - Westborough, Drawing No.
WSC-M-3 (Survey No. 5740)
b. Interim Park Site Grading Plan - Westborough West
Park Unit No. 3, Drawing No. WWP3-G-4 (Survey No. 27/5740)
c. Intermediate Grade Plan - Westborqugh Shopping Center,
Drawing No. WSC-G-1 (Survey No.18/5740)
d. Grade Plan - Westborough Shopping Center, Drawing
No. WSC-G-3 (Survey No. 18/5740) ~
e.0.92 Million Yard Borrow Areas - Westborough Unit
No. 4, Drawing No. WB4-G-2 (Survey No. 5?50)
f.0.92 Million Yard Borrow Areas - Westborough Unit
No. 4, Drawing No. WB4-G-1 (Survey No. 5750)
3. Grantees in accepting the permit shall include
in the grading schedule and agree to grade the ten-acre park
site and one-acre fire station site in Westborough and the
adjacent portion of a street known as Galway, in accordance
with plans and specifications being developed by Royston,
Hanamoto, Mayes and Beck or David Mayes.
4. A permit is hereby issued to ~uy F. Atkinson
Company to locate a batch plant in the Westborou§h area in
the general vicinity of the intersection of Westborough
Boulevard and Junipero Serra Boulevard for the period June 5,
1967 to August 25, 1967 , operation of which
(including but not limited to hours of operation and methods
of dust control) shall be subject to regulation by the City
of South San Francisco.
