CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A
GRADING PERMIT TO CAE SAR- CALLAN HOMES, INC.,
DBA. WESTBOROUGH HOMES, AND AAA COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. A grading and hauling permit shall issue to
Caesar-Callan Homes, Inc., a California corporation,
and AAA Company to grade and haul thirty-five thousand
(35,000) cubic yards of fill material from the area
referred to as Unit #4, Westborough.
2. This permit shall supersede and cancel permits
previously granted for said area, which permits are
more particularly identified and set forth on Exhibit
A attached hereto.
3. The Director of Public Works shall designate the
particular site from which the material is to be removed,
the haul route and methods of dust control and shall
terminate the removal of material from said area when
thirty-five thousand (35,000) cubic yards of _ma~_terial
shall have been removed.
4. Should Permitee fail, refuse or neglect to maintain
adequate dust control measures, the Director of Public
Works shall order the operations to' cease until the
equipment and supplies necessary therefor are brought
to the site and placed in operation. Permitee shall
hold City, its elective and appointed officers, agents
and employees harmless from any and all claims arising
out of the grading and hauling operations.and shall file
with City insurance certificates, which certificates
shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
