A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
AND APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2
AND ,
UNIT NO. 2-A
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
~' WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has completed and filed,
and the City Engineer has approved detailed plans and speci-
fications for the accomplishment of the completion of the
reclamation and grading work described in Resolution of
Intentl6n No. 4236, adopted June 26, 1965, as amended, and
in Resolution of Intention No. 4613, adopted January 16, ~
1967;
WHEREAS, the incOrporation of said plans and specifica-
tions into said project will not increase the estimate of
cost nor the total amount~ of the assessment in either of
said proceedings;
NOW~ THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said ~plans and specifications, designated
"Reclamation and Grading, Stage No. 2", are hereby approved
and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk.
2. That the Engineer's Report filed in each of said
proceedings is hereby changed and modified to incorporate
said approved plans and specifications in substitution of
the preliminary plans and specifications for said work.
I hereby Certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held th~s 3rd day of 3u!¥, 1967, by the following
