NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the
State of California, that the Successor Agency to the City of South San Francisco Redevelopment
Agency will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, the 10a' day of February, 2016, at 6:01 P.M., in
the Municipal Services Building, Council Chambers, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco,
California.
Purpose of the meeting:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Agenda Review.
4. Public Comments — comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.
5. Closed Session: Conference with Real Property Negotiators: (Pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.8)
Properties: 401, 411, 421 & 315 Airport Blvd, 405 Cypress Ave., and 216
Miller Ave., (the former Ford properties)
Agency Negotiators: Alex Greenwood and Ron Gerber
Negotiating Parties: Miller Cypress SSF, LLC, and South San Francisco
Successor Agency
Under Negotiations: Price and terms for disposition of the property.
6. Public Hearing (not to be heard before the noticed time of 7:01 P.M.):
Consideration of an environmental consistency analysis, including all
supplementary analyses, for the construction of two new seven -story
residential buildings with a total of 260 units at both corners of Airport
Boulevard and Miller Avenue (309, 315, 401 -421 Airport Boulevard), a
private residential parking lot at 405 Cypress Avenue, and twelve (12)
townhome units at 216 Miller Avenue; consideration of a determination that
the project complies with CEQA, and consideration of approval of a Purchase
and Sale Agreement with Miller Cypress SSF, LLC for 315 Airport Blvd.,
401 -421 Airport Blvd., 405 Cypress Ave., and 216 Miller Ave.
This item will be heard simultaneously with the Public Hearing on the same
topic separately noticed for the Regular City Council Meeting. The Item is
presently identified on the Regular City Council Meeting Agenda as Item No.
6 under "Public Hearing' .
