NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 54956 of the Government Code of the
State of California, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco will hold a Special Meeting
on Wednesday, the 20 day of February, 2016, at 6:00 P.M., in the Municipal Services Building,
Council Chambers, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California.
Purpose of the meeting:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Agenda Review.
4. Public Comments — comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.

5. Conference with Legal Counsel: Existing Litigation
(paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9)
Name of case: In re City of South San Francisco petition for review of San
Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board 13267 Order, regarding
Oyster Point Landfill. (Brian McMinn, Public Works Director).
6. Closed Session: Conference with Real Property Negotiators.
Property: Portion of property adjacent to Airport Boulevard and near
intersection with Linden Avenue.
Agency Negotiator: Alex Greenwood
ADJOURNMENT
Negotiating Parties: City of South San Francisco, Outfront Media and Poletti
Realty.
Under Negotiations: Price and terms for lease of property. (Alex
